Purpose of award: To award a student for a project relevant to electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer science or other IEEE fields of interest.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be high school students planning to study engineering or engineering-related fields and must compete in the Intel ISEF competitions beginning at the state/local level and advance to the international competition.
