Purpose of award: To attract talented and dedicated students to careers within the iron and steel and steel-related industries.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be full-time college juniors or seniors majoring in metallurgy, metallurgical engineering or materials science. Other related majors are considered with a letter from the academic adviser. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA in the major or a minimum 3.25 GPA if they are undeclared and be ISS student members or submit an application for membership with the scholarship application.

Minimum GPA: 3
Amount: $2,000.
Number of awards: 5.
Deadline: April 30.
