Purpose of award: To reward an outstanding Boy Scout, Venture Scout or Sea Scout.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have received the Eagle Scout Award, the Venture Silver Award or the Sea Scout Quartermaster Award and demonstrated practical citizenship. Applicants must also have reached their l5th birthday and be enrolled in high school.
Target applicant: High school students
Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $5,000.
