Laura Blackburn Memorial Scholarship

Do you have a parent who has been member of a Kentucky American Legion Unit for at least the last three years, or a deceased member? Are you a descendant or dependent of a veteran who served during the Grenada conflict, Korean War, Lebanon conflict, Panama conflict, Persian Gulf War, WWI, WWII, or Viet Nam? Are you a high school student living in Kentucky? If you answered ‘yes’ to these questions, you might be eligible for this scholarship. This scholarship is awarded in the amount of $1,000, may be used at 2-year or 4-year eligible educational institution in Kentucky. Application requires proof of eligibility.
