Purpose of award: This merit-based program encourages top-ranked high school seniors to attend approved Missouri postsecondary schools.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or eligible noncitizens, Missouri residents and have an ACT or SAT score within the top 3 percent of all Missouri students taking those tests. Applicants must be high school seniors who enroll as first-time, full-time students at an approved Missouri postsecondary school.
