Purpose of award: To support future K-12 physical education teachers.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be pursuing a career as a physical education teacher, adapted physical education teacher, coach, recreational therapist, dance therapist or related profession at the K-12 level. They must be at least college sophomores with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Applicants must also demonstrate leadership abilities and involvement in extracurricular activities related to their chosen profession. This scholarship is only awarded in odd years.

Amount: $1,000.
Number of awards: 1.
Deadline: February 10 of odd years.
