Purpose of award: To provide financial assistance for students whose parents are U.S. veterans.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be Illinois high school seniors whose mother or father is a U.S. veteran who was honorably discharged after September 15, 1940. They must also have taken the SAT or ACT.
